IRISS is supporting a national debate led by Children in Scotland which seeks to collaboratively explore the potential development of a new professional within the workplace. Similar to many Scandanavian and European countries, is Scotland ready to embrace a new qualification, which draws together the skills to care for and provide a rounded learning experience, for children and young people?
