A national conference celebrating Learning Disability Week 2008.
The conference is being organised by the Scottish Consortium for Learning Disability and The Open University. It is being supported by IRISS (Institute for Research & Innovation in Social Services)

We are keen to get people with lots of different backgrounds and from different parts of Scotland at the conference. We will allocate places at the conference to try and make sure we get a good mix of people.
There will be a limited number of free places for people with learning disabilities and supporters if they will be supporting people to come along to and take part in the conference. There will also be a limited number of free places available for family carers.
If you aren't able to come to the conference we will be recording the main speakers and you will be able to listen to their presentations on the SCLD website after the event."
